
Richard Eberhart Founder / Co-President, GSAM
Mr. Eberhart has been a highly visible member of the
Asset Management, Broadband, Streaming Media and
Interactive Television industries for nearly a decade.
His breadth of international experience provides a
unique global perspective to these emerging technology
sectors. Richard's career in the digital media space
began in 1995 as General Manager of First Media
Services Network, a national ISP providing streaming
media consulting and hosting services. Subsequently he
spearheaded the launch of the broadband / future tv /
enterprise asset management practice with global
consulting firm razorfish. In his most recent
positions he has served as Sr. Director of Business
Development for Germany based Blue Order, Europe's
market leader in Media Asset Management, as well as VP
North America for England's DREmedia, makers of
advanced audio / video indexing solutions.
Mr. Eberhart now serves as Co-President and Founder of
the Global Society for Asset Management (GSAM), whose
mission is to accelerate the uptake of Asset Management
solutions, in all industry verticals, by providing an
open forum for optimistic dialogue between all major
stakeholders.
Richard received his MBA at the University of Southern
California.
