Mary Beth Fielder is a screenwriter and director whose credits include the
award winning short film, "Tell Me," television episodes of ABC's"thirtysomething," Nickolodian's "Stories from Growing Up" among others. She is also a faculty member at the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television where she teaches directing, writing and acting.

David Belson has worked for over 20 years in the entertainment industry, consulting primarily with movie studios and in television broadcasting. He teaches classes in DTV and D Cinema at UCLA, and was a member of the faculty at USC’s School of Cinema-Television. He was recently a project manager for IBM on a digital video distribution system for the Warner Brothers television network. He held several management positions with Universal Studios. He was a Fulbright Distinguished Research Scholar and has taught at several European Universities. He has a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Southern California and an M.S. from UCLA.

Tracy Fullerton is president and co-founder of Spiderdance, Inc. With over a decade of entertainment technology development to her credit, Fullerton brings veteran creative vision and leadership to Spiderdance’s convergence products. Prior to forming Spiderdance, Fullerton was a creative director and producer for R/GA Interactive, NY, a unit of True North Communications, where she provided strategic development and management of the company’s most advanced projects, for clients such as Intel, Microsoft, AdAge, Ticketmaster, Compaq, Sony, Warner Bros., and Foote, Cone & Belding. While at R/GA, Fullerton produced designs for the multiplayer versions of the classic game shows Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune. She also created the award-winning game show NetWits for the Microsoft Network. Before joining R/GA, Fullerton served as creative director at Interfilm, Inc. This pioneering interactive film company partnered with Sony New Media to release interactive films in 47 theaters nation-wide. Fullerton began her career at Synapse Technologies in Los Angeles, where she was an interactive designer on their groundbreaking series of educational titles. Her work has received numerous industry honors including an IBC Silver Rembrandt Award, Best Family/Board Game from the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, ID Magazine’s Interactive Design Review, Communication Arts Interactive Design Annual, several New Media Invision awards, the Digital Coast 2000 Awards, The Bandies 2000 and Time Magazine’s Best of the Web. Fullerton holds a MFA from the USC School of Cinema-Television where she is currently a faculty member teaching interactive game design. She is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences and serves on the advisory board for the AFI-Intel Enhanced Television workshop.
Roberta Margolis, CEO, Runway rmargolis@runway.com
IIn 1992, Margolis founded Runway and built it from a single room in an airport hangar into one of the largest suppliers of systems and support for desktop and networked post-production. Margolis started as a CPA for Touche’ Ross & Co., specializing in closely held businesses. She was controller for Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs and later set up financial reporting systems for companies that included Tiger Air. She served as Director of Financial Affairs for Crossroads School in Santa Monica. She returned to college to obtain an additional Bachelor’s and a Master of Fine Arts degree from the California Institute of the Arts. She was a principal in Renan/Margolis, which produced marketing materials for Xerox Corporation. Margolis frequently chairs panels on post-production technology. She was a member of the Program Committee for the International Forum of Imaging, Technology and Sound and serves on their Southern California board. She is a member of The Academy of Television Arts and Science and America Cinema Editors. She also served on the board of greater Los Angeles, YMCA.

Tim started as an intern under a classified engineering project at Macromedia while attending San Francisco State University. By graduation, Mr. Serda had become a key engineering team member working on the foundation of a non-linear editing program. By 1998 Apple Computer acquired the Macromedia engineering team to later ship, Final Cut Pro. Mr. Serda held many hats at Apple in coordinating efforts for both engineering and marketing. Overseeing third party efforts, he developed a Certification program for hardware and software technologies working with Final Cut Pro. He certified technologies and established relationships with manufacturers such as Sony Broadcast and Professional, Canon DV, and Panasonic DVCPro. Today, Mr. Serda holds the role of Chief Technology Officer at DigitalFilm Tree in Hollywood, California. Developing new methodologies for the application of Final Cut Pro in the motion picture industry, he continues to work closely with leading manufacturers and Apple Computer. Tim came to Los Angeles with the mission of growing Final Cut Pro in the hearts and minds of all filmmakers - independents and studios. One year now in Hollywood and with DigitalFilm Tree, he has faced off with, survived, and excelled in many Final Cut Pro filmmaking realities. To Tim, this is just the beginning.

Mr. Sullivan has extensive experience in feature film content acquisition from the major Hollywood and tier two studios. Mr. Sullivan is presently working with the most senior levels at Warner Brothers, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, FOX Studios, Artisan Entertainment, Sony Pictures, Mainline Releasing, and Disney. He was awarded Advertising’s highest Clio honor for the “Best National Advertising Campaign and Best Package Design” for a campaign he developed for Anheuser-Busch, Inc., Budweiser Beer. Creative recognition extends to an additional 200 local, regional, national and international competitions including the Andy Awards, The One Show Awards, CA Magazine Awards, San Francisco Society of Communicating Arts Award, Max Awards, Obie Awards, Best in the Wets Awards, and the Raindrop Addy Awards. Mr. Sullivan currently serves on the board of directors for Broadband Year serving with the President of the Yankee Group, Editor in Chief of Network World, Senior Analyst with the Cahnners In-Stat Group, and the VP of Marketing for Lucent. He also serves on the board and run the business tracks for the Entertainment Technology Association working with the Sundance Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival.Mr. Sullivan has led the marketing and public relation efforts from start-ups to the fifth largest PC software company in the worldAttachmate. Consulted with Micron Technologies during their PC and retail products exploration. Served in various Executive Management Committee roles in such organizations as Paul Allen’s Asymetrix Learning Systems (now Click2Learn), and currently serve as the Executive Vice President of Content and Corporate Marketing for Stellar One Corporation. He has also served as the US agent for content acquisition for Verizon, and continues to acquire content for companies rolling out interactive broadband services like Video on demand.
